In September 1999 we first opened our doors in Young and moved to our current location in 2003.  We boast the largest facility in the local area and with five separate training areas, there’s always lots of space to move.

In addition to the main gym floor, our members can utilise:

  • Fully equipped ladies only training studio
  • Functional training area
  • Class studio
  • Cycling studio

Most of our team are juggling family and work life, so we all understand how hectic life can get!  It can be hard to find time to look after yourself – but even a little bit of exercise on most days can make such a difference to your physical and mental health and well-being.

That’s why we want to make exercise an enjoyable part of your life and make NRG your happy place.

We are here for everyone and have something to suit all fitness levels, but we love working with:

  • People who are inactive – helping you become active so that you move and feel better.
  • The over 50’s – to maintain and improve health and quality of life.
  • Mums and dads – who struggle to make themselves a priority and need to take a little bit of time out.
