NRG Fitness Centre has been keeping the Young community active and healthy for the past 18 years.
Our Challenge 2 Change programs are a great combination of personalised nutritional guidance using Metabolic Jumpstart as well as a personally designed exercise plan.
So far, we have completed six successful Challenges with exciting results.
- 8 week Challenge 2 Change – July 2015, February 2016, October 2016 & May 2017
- 8 week Family Challenge 2 Change (September 2014) aimed at families and individual
- 12 week Challenge 2 Change (early 2014)
