|Small Group Training (SGT) will have you on your way to being ripped and chiselled, increase your aerobic capacity, core strength and improve flexibility. SGT uses a variety of equipment and training techniques including kettlebell, weight training, RIP60 suspension training and plyometrics. It is suitable for all fitness levels as your trainer tailors the workout to your needs.|
|This small group boxing session will make you leaner, stronger & fitter. It can accommodate all levels of strength and fitness, is guaranteed to make working out fun and get you results!!!|
You can join Small Group Training by yourself or train together with some friends, family or co-workers. The maximum number of participants per session is 8, so you’re guaranteed to get a lot of personal attention. Each session is an hour, offering a total work-out.
Even though being on the same fitness level as the other members of your group is beneficial, your Personal Trainer will tailor the program to accommodate different fitness levels if necessary. The program will consist of an initial assessment, the establishment of short-term and long-term goals for all group members and a personalised exercise plan to make sure everyone reaches their individual goals.
