Personalised Programmes – Included in all NRG Fitness Centre Memberships
We have state of the art equipment and we like to help you get the most out of it.
That’s why we design a programme especially for you and then do a session with you where we show you how to use the equipment and do the exercises.
As you work towards your fitness goals, we’ll help you modify your programme to keep it challenging and interesting.
Group Fitness – Included in all NRG Fitness Centre Memberships
We offer a great variety of group fitness classes in our spacious group fitness area.
We also have an airconditioned bike room where our R30 (30 minute) cycle classes take place.

Small Group Training
Small group PT sessions are available at NRG. With only 8 – 10 participants per group you are guaranteed to get maximum results, whilst training in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Read more here.
