roup fitness is a fun, accessible way to achieve your goals. Why not make it a date and work out with your friends?

At NRG Fitness Centre we provide a series of group exercise programs that deliver results!  They are simple, fun and effective, no matter what your gender, age or fitness level is.

Each class has been professionally designed by some of the world’s most experienced programmers at Mossa.  New releases are created each quarter to keep classes fresh and make you want to back for more!

So come and rise to the challenge with Group Active, raise your bar with Group Power, climb to the top with R30, stretch yourself with Group Centergy, step up your game with Group Blast or reach your peak with HIIT45.  You can find out more about each of our classes here.

Note:  You will not be able to book classes online for the week 14th – 20th June.  Please give us a call on 63826552 and we will be happy to book you in.
