Welcome to the NRG Community. Whether you enjoy training in groups, with a Personal Trainer or prefer to workout in our fully equipped gym or ladies only area, we have the facilities and expertise to help you achieve your health and fitness goals – 24/7!

Staffed hours

Monday to Thursday: 8am – 1pm & 3pm – 7pm
Friday: 8am – 1pm & 3pm – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
