It’s always more fun working out with other people and exercising in a supportive group environment is a fantastic way to push yourself further than you can on your own.  We offer a variety of group exercise sessions and our instructors provide lots of options, so there’s something for everyone

Ladies Only Training Suite 

If you enjoy using the cardio and weights equipment but prefer to be away from the main gym floor, you can workout in the privacy of our fully equipped ladies only training area.

All of our memberships include personal programs.  These are designed by our Trainers specifically for you to help you work towards and achieve your health and fitness goals.

Childminding

Finding time to exercise can be hard, especially as a parent.  We have childminding available each weekday morning so you can enjoy some time to take care of yourself while your little ones play in our fully supervised kid’s room.
